Hello! Just put deposit on new 1000-5

Hello all from Ohio! I just put a deposit down on a 2021 Pioneer 1000-5 deluxe. Waiting on some extra parts to be shipped in and installed at the dealership. I will be browsing the forums for ideas of builds and some general knowledge about these vehicles. This is my first UTV, but I am not new to off roading. This will mostly be used for utility purposes, and of course a little for fun for my boys.

Nice and welcome. It’s a great utility vehicle and the large dump bed is great around the yard for chores and hunting. And as another said can be great on the trail with minimal accessories/modifications.....enjoy...😊

Thanks all! It is supposed to be ready 03/16 so I am eagerly awaiting it. A question for hauling it, I have an enclosed trailer that has a ramp opening of 62' wide by 66.5' tall, it is bigger inside. Is there a way to to make it fit? When I called the guy said they could air down tires and ratchet strap the suspension, but I'm thinking the cage would have to be removed. I also can borrow a friends open trailer that should be fine, what do you guys think? Just go open trailer? I have a 5 1/2 hour drive. Would I need to remove the windshield or roof?

If you have the OEM Honda roof, that it's self takes up about 3". I would just go with open trailer just in case.
