There was a code that was for a air sensor...I forgot to plug in the sensor on the air filter, otherwise no. There is not wiring going to the seatbelt, but i clipped it behind me for test purposes anyways. It had no effect. When it first was fired up a few months ago I had one that said a speed sensor, but that went away.

Unless I’m wrong - they all have a seat belt switch unless it was previously jumped out/removed

If I am reading it right…
7 is coolant sensor
8 tp sensor (was fooling with when I was diag injectors and iac)
9 is iat, left unplugged by accident once
12 and 13 is fuel pump, was bad, now replaced
29 iac, was bad and replaced
64 is ign fuse, was blown when I got it and was replaced
67 front vs sensor?

The front vehicle speed sensor is in the top of the front differential.

@Hello_Darkness just curious, is it possible the clutches are stuck?.....as in not releasing? I've seen it on old cars, trucks & tractors when they've sat for a long time, as in years. The disc would get stuck to the flywheel, usually took a few pulls with a tow strap with someone holding the clutch pedal down to break them loose. Thinking back it's a wonder we didn't kill ourselves 🤣

If the speed sensor doesn't read, the unit won't shift.

Similarly if you have all 4 wheels off the ground and put the unit in gear with only 2wd engaged it won't shift. It needs to see all 4 wheels spinning to shift, we'll atleast the ring inside the front diff anyway.

Usually on the 1000 engine, if the clutches are stuck together it would be very difficult to move the shift lever. The unit would creep very badly as well. If anything, it might shift just very harsh and maybe get stuck altogether due to the dual clutch setup.

It takes finessing to get it to shift when it does, gotta rev and get off the throttle while hitting the paddles. Worth a shot! Hopefully it’s in stock. Got white fenders arriving tomorrow anyways the front will be exposed

Looks like you have most of them about fixed.
If you haven't already found it, clearing the codes is on page 4-9 in the Service Manual.

.
When complete, or before, clear the codes.
Then if something else goes wrong later, you won't be chasing the old codes.
.
Have a good day
