That's a narrow toy hauler... Seems like it's time to upgrade.

If its only a 10 ft garage it will be too long after you add bumpers winch and or bigger tires, it could also be too tall. I don't think the width is his issue. On mine has a 2nd bathroom in garage and floor is only 62" because of the bath where the rest is 98" wide.

I bought my 900 XP because of the size big...seats three across or has plenty of room for two with a aftermarket console/armrest I strap in. The P3 is 3" wider. Weighs 200lbs more. Length is the same, height is the same. Yes the 1000 is gonna be a great contender.

That is true I have been looking at floor plans but I have been aiming at all the 12' cargo areas, either that or going the Pickup camper short enclosed trailer route like @spifyd

Yes it is narrow more for atvs. It does not have a separate garage. My kitchen area cabinets and wheel well is only 61.5 inches. My 700 barely fits. Even looked at taking off drawer nobs and cabinet handles and it only gets me to 62.5 inches. Oh well.

I'm in the same boat as you @wyo700 mine is only 62" wide for 24" back in the front then its 98" wide inside 12 ft. front to back. My wife will wanna kill me but I will "Remodel that bathroom in the corner some way some how to fit the P1K5D. :(

If you jack it up the wheels move inward a good bit, seems like a lot of trouble though.
You could get a set of SKINNIES just to get it in the rig?

Looking at the 360 spin view on the Honda website the Rear Roll Cage and the fender flares are the widest part maybe 1" past the tires on each side. it may be very possible the wheels / tires are only 60" and part of the body / roll cage is 62.9"

Like you indicated about jacking the front end up to narrow the stance. That would be all I need pull it together with a ratchet strap while raised up and hold it in place and "hopefully" slip it in. "Never before in mankind has 4 inches caused so much consternation!" Well maybe before Viagra. :p

I wouldn't trust that strap, lots of force on it, could damage the suspension? Or worse your pride.

Yeah I wouldn't try to "force it" together just tight enough to hold full droop position of the front A-Arms, A good 1500 lbs. rated ratchet would hold if doubled up. Either it will fit or it won't but a wall sticking out in the garage area wont deter me, I will move it or remove it if need be.

Not cabinets, its a WALL, The garage is 98" wide and 12" long EXCEPT on the front corner passenger side is a 2nd full bathroom inside the garage where a wall goes over 36" taking it from 98" to 62" wide for 24" back, So the garage is 10' x 98" then 2ft. x 62". There is a 3 season wall in the back taking up 8 inches off the length. So I need that wall going front to back moved over 4" to 6" to ensue the P1K5 fits without rubbing anything.

Heck if it was only cabinets they would already be gone :)

This is how a poor bastard hauls his....all aluminum...folding ramp, pleanty of head room.

I've been that poor bastard for 45 years. I love my wife and if I am going to get her to go she likes some creature comforts. Excessive frills perhaps but when we go out we go for 3 weeks at a time in the mountains (Utah / Colorado) and take everything we need to stay out. I would never have this to do 3 day weekend rides etc. Our primary purpose is to RV / Trail Ride over 1/2 the year each year there in lies it's practicality for us it will be home for over 5 months out of the year where we can take off road toys with us. Beside Happy Wife, Happy Life and I've gotten used to her cooking, instead of eating cold cuts. :)

For the record real poor bastards sell aluminum for cash and use rusted steel ;)

If it is just you and the wife, is the second bath necessary?

No, but this has the rubber floor like the rest of the garage (See above Pic), come in all dirty through the back clean up and no tracking dust / Mud up into the carpeted bedroom and main bath. Its much easier to sweep out the garage. Plus if you bring 4 grandkids along which we do the two queen beds drop down in the garage and they have their own beds /bathroom / TV etc. makes for much more peaceful evenings & sleep when they do come along.
