Back in full operation as a testing ground for future Honda and Acura products, the renovated Honda Proving Center (HPC) is once again primed to test the capabilities of the company’s automobiles, motorcycles, side-by-sides and ATVs against the dramatic backdrop of the Mojave Desert, near Cantil, California.

An F450 is cheap in many ways, HA!

If that is where they tested the P1000, that would explain a lot.

-Flat and no mud (clutch problems)
-No standing water (water ingestion)
-No humidity (heat under the seat)

Hopefully, they will try and do some testing in some more varied conditions.
