Has anyone made a small cut to a windshield? I added some pod lights to the front ROP down as close to the hood as possible. The mounts will not let the windshield close all the way leaving a small gap at the bottom. I could always shave the mounts down, but shaving the windshield would be easier and faster if it wont damage it. This would be down at the bottom corners where the gasket is installed that meets the hood.

I was worried about damage to the windshield, such as cracking or something crazy.

Hey Trigger, I have installed the WE shocks, and removed the rear sway bar. I ride in rocky slick mountain terrain and I must say its like having a new machine. I have the shocks set on 3 from the softest and it just hugs the ground now. It works much like my old TJ Wrangler.

I mounted led pods in my half shield. Had to cut the holes so I drilled a hole in each corner. Nice sharp bit, take it slow and make sure there's something behind it. I used a 2x6. Then I cut with one of those small paddle type saws, like a reciprocator. Got it from HF for like $15.
Yeah, WE's are the sh**!

I have one of those, I also might try a grinder. It just needs a small amount off each side and it will be golden.
