I've looked, but haven't seen a thread, so I thought I'd start one.

Who is taking their P500 to the takeover? I'll have mine there and my wife will be on her 2016 Rancher 420. I'll have my 7yr old son riding with me. My father in law may possibly show up Saturday with his 2015 Foreman 500. We have a spot reserved in the tent camping area for Friday and Saturday.

We are only about an hour and a half east of Royal Blue but have never been. We have annual passes to Windrock and ride and camp there regularly.

We usually ride the easy and moderate trails at Windrock so not looking at doing anything crazy at RB. I look forward to meeting and riding with a bunch of y'all.

I'll be there with my P5 as well. If I can get the swamp water out of the Forman (broke seal on the snorkel) we will have it there as well. Reserved tent camping area for Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

We'll be there with our P5. Live in Lafollette (south east end of trails) This will be our first time at the event. Went to LaFollette's ATV festival last fall and had a great time. REMEMBER... You must have permit(s) to ride on these trails. If you live in TN, Its best is to buy a fishing (001) and WMA small game license (093). $53.00 for both. These DO serve as riding permits on these trails.
Only one permit is required per vehicle. It does not have to be the driver. As long as some one in the vehicle has a permits(s).
Other permits are :
035 Resident Annual Permit $74.00
036 Resident Daily Permit $15.50
037 Non-Resident Annual Permit $233.00
038 Non-Resident Daily Permit $37.50 -

Good info, I've got my TN Sportsmans license, but my wife will need to pick up her small game permit. I actually called RRB earlier this week just to confirm that was all she needed in addition to her regular license.

Yep, your hunting/fishing combo (type 1 $34) and either big or small game wma permit(type 93 $21 or 94 $25). Annual or lifetime sportsman will also work.

Yes... if she has the 001 fishing and the 093 WMA small game . She's good. Only 1 permit per vehicle is required. It does not have to be the driver. Just has to be that someone in the vehicle has it.
