Multi How to post a new thread

This is how to create a thread.

Step 1 click the Forum tab a the top (with red back ground)

Steps 2 choose the best forum that matches your question. So let’s say your question is why are tires black? And you own a Pioneer 700-4. So you scroll down to that forum and click on it.

Step 3 click post new thread.

Step 4 choose a prefix that applies to the thread subject and title it.

Step 5 type in the text box and click create new thread

I will delete the first post tomorrow. If you do it now it delete the entire thread.

Cannot create a new thread in "Other Topics" says you do not have enough privileges?

OK here are screenshots of what I see. @Hondasxs

The first is a typical section in this case the Pioneer 1000 General Discussion where you can post a thread by clicking the button in the lower right corner.

The second screenshot is the "Other Topics" section, no button and text is self explanatory. Hope this helps.

Think I figured it out.
When you are viewing the "other topics" you are actually in a category. not a forum.
In the first picture you are in the General Pioneer 1000 Discussion forum.
In the second picture you are in he "Other Topics" category which does not allow posting.

Here is a layout example.

- Honda Pioneer 1000 (No posting here)
--- General Pioneer 1000 Discussion
--- Builds
--- Buying....
- Other Topics (No posting here)
--- Buy/sale
--- OHV
--- ATV

I have updates some wording to help.

OK I understand, I think.... If you cant post in Other Topics how the heck to the threads get started there? SMH

OK I get it, I would have to go into "Other Topics" then the "OFF Topics" section then you can start a thread. An extra Layer or two to delve into, I see it keeps the face of the forum at a reasonable size that way.
