Does anyone know what the hub face to face dimensions on a P1K is, front and rear? Seems like that is the only accurate way to size wheels, offset, spacers, etc, as that is the only fixed dimension?

Hub face track width will vary with suspension ride height. The hub face measurement is tough to get since most people don't put Jack stands under the a-arms and return the machine to ride height when the tires are removed.

That makes sense, I'm debating whether to keep the stock wheels, I'd like some better tires, leaning towards Terrabites, as I ride alot of hardpack & rocky trails. Would be nice to have the same size x4, so I can rotate them, but with the oem wheels weird offsets, I'm kinda up a crick, I guess.

14x7" 6+1 wheels are closest to stock. 5+2 14x7 will be about 1" wider per side with stock tires or about 3" wider overall with 28x10 tires
