P700 Hunting Muffler

Maybe an ODD question, did I see once a long time ago- you can get a muffler addition to make this a quiet rig?

I used to know a guy that bought a cab for his sxs and used flex pipe to route his exhaust into the cab so the deer couldn’t hear it... I haven’t heard from him in a while. Guess it worked....

There’s not much you can do, it’s fairly quite relative to most other SxSs

If you add a second muffler, it’s going to drastically reduce power on a 3speed machine. You’re going to spend a lot of money on something in the end you’re going to take off and take up space in your garage.

Those who have liked it could have used an electric buggy instead of a SxS

Silent Rider makes a great muffler for the 700-4. I bought and installed one and now I can at least have a conversation at 25 MPH. The roof just echo's the sound so bad, this add on really works good. DO NOT buy from anywhere except direct. The prices is cheaper direct. If you buy from Amazon you will pay about $50 more.

I’ve had Silent Rider mufflers on my past 4 atvs/utvs. Just installed one on my new Pioneer 500. Works great & mounts in 3 spots so it’s rock solid.

Have you measured the decibels (OEM vs. Silent Rider)? I have been thinking of getting one and curious how much noise was actually reduced.

Installed a new Silent Rider on my 2018 Pioneer 700-4 Deluxe 2 days ago.
Definitely quieter, still loud, but a smoother quieter sound that allows conversation.
At idle... it’s a lot quieter.
THE PROBLEM.....
As I coast for a stop, THE ENGINE CUTS OFF.
I’m worried that the extra back pressure is causing this. When in automatic.... it also tends to shift later at higher speeds and higher rpms than before.
Anyone else have this issue???

I’ve now got 3 mufflers on my 590 & no problems whatsoever. Still a little louder than I want but I’ll work on that after the first of the year.

This may seen like an ignorant question and I do apologize, how much quieter over stock is the three muffle setup and is it worth the trouble.
I have a 2019 700-4 deluxe I bought brand new and find it louder than I want but well better than others.

I've used to test generators, robot vacuum, a new dishwasher etc and seems to be pretty accurate.
I don't remember if it cost anything but I have used it more than I thought when buying stuff and seeing if it really did what the ad promised.
