I have no idea why people pay $1000 for SXS exhausts. I couldnt convince myself so here I am. Figured I would share it with you all. Used a simple mount that would allow it to pivot a little if it needs to. Its on a flex pipe from the turbo downpipe so I had a little leway with the mounting but overall im really happy with how it came out. Would would work a stock exhaust.

Hi.& welcome to Honda Forum
Many good people and information here. ( some are more full of themselves than others )
Super Nice & Creative ( not all have your Tallent & Abilities )

These Hondas are a Canvas ( Just Waiting to Be Painted ) to each owners wants & needs.

A lot are ( but not all ) are Buy & Bolt on Builders.

Those with creative Mind <> chose to build & manufacture ( Only their imagination is holding them back )
This group </> N-E-V-E-R </> "FINISHED" or " DONE"
$$$ Saved </> Buy More Tools for Next Project ( usually the way it goes )

Both Methods
Satisfaction of doing yourself & enjoying the results for the effort.

What was the goal.....less weight? More noise? Did you adjust the fuel map to accommodate? What about a USFS approved spark arrestor?

Some people have the want but not the skill.I love to tinker . Maybe not that bright but I am smart enough to when I should pay someone else to do it

The car is turboed so no need to change the fuel map. It lives at 10.5:1. The stock exhaust wouldn't let the turbo spool up as quickly as I wanted it to and it weighs a ton. And the spark arrester can kiss my ass.

Sounds like New Orleans. I don't know why people like that dump either. A coworker used to call it the armpit of Louisiana.
It's a great place if you like your shoes to smell like pee and everyone around you asking you for spare change. Born and raised in Southern California and I can tell you right now all the stereotypes about California are only true in LA and San Francisco. Everywhere else, we love our guns and gasoline.
