Vondy’s B-I-L Talon X4 Build (5 seat conversion)

Been working on this for my brother in law. 2021 x4 converted to 5 seater.

- UTVMA rear bench seat and harnesses

Since they have 3 kids we needed a rear bench. Picked up a UTVMA rear benches with adapter brackets for honda. Brackets were heavy duty but didn’t seem to be bent correctly. With a little work I was able to make them work.

Trail Armor wrap around skid and SuperATV frame stiffener. I really like this skid. Definitely would use on 2 seater. Not sure if I’d go with it or regular skid and nerf bars on 4 seater.

Electrical under hood. Auxbeam is currently trigger to key on. I think I and going to Chang trigger to be on a toggle switch and run to a constant. I don’t think we wait all accessories turning off with ignition every time.

Nope, not without unbolting. And of course after putting seat in I shorted accessory wire and had to replace fuse.

I like the cubby cover/tablet mount. I'm curious to see how well that hinge holds up. That's always been the weak point on anything I've printed.

Seems to be sturdy. Has a metal bar that runs all the way thru it with a set screws on each end to keep bar from working its way out. Nice design.
