P1000 Ice chest, toolbox, shovel, tire carrier fabrication.

Kept the carrier I made for my 700-4 and chopped it up to fit my 1000-5, still looking for a front rim/spare.
The cage tube diameter on the 700 is 41mm and the 1000 is 45mm requiring new collars with the ears offset for the wider 1000 cage. The cage back slant angle on the 1000 is more vertical compared to the 700 which required a fair amount of cutting and pie slicing to keep the face of the carrier vertical.

I picked up a couple of those split collar weldable tube clamps from Chinazon last year. Gonna use them to fab a tire carrier for the Talon eventually.

Note: the cage tubes on the pioneer are 45mm which is slightly larger than 1-3/4”, the collars need to be bored 0.030 more.
