A true 30" tire will rub on the trails unless you have some kind of mod done. I'd say the largest without any issues is a 28"

Also, you can't just have off-set on only the top or bottom arms, has to be both. The bottom arm can be considered "high clearance" with or without off-set.

he has the bracket lift and the Arms running 30" now but asked about running larger.

yes 28" on stock is max IMO. I have TTC 3" lift offset. so I'm good for more tire than I'll ever need/want.
