P1000 Is the second battery box same size 2021 vs 2022+?

Being told the battery box on the 2022+ is smaller than a 2021. Is this accurate?

Client say the 925 didn't fit, but I know it fits great on an older model.
Anyone with a 2022 or 2023 confirm an Odyssey 925 or the comparable Mighty Max and did in fact fit?

I can give measurements of the space if all else fails. Haven't added a second battery yet.

The Mighty Max ML26-12 12V 26AH fit no differently in my buddy's 1000-6 as it did my 2021 1000-5. We didn't measure it, though.

I took some measurements of the box in a 2023 Trail if anyone is interested. Looks like it’s 6-3/4” x 5-1/4”. The height depends on where you measure but shouldn’t matter since it could protrude above the hole. Looks like the wires will just move up out of the way but I’ll include both photos.
Ordered up the Mighty Max battery from Amazon and TrueAm kit from the club store today.

I struggled to figure out how it was going to fit when I went to order my 2nd battery. I measured and there was no way it was going to fit.

Then I watched a couple videos of people doing the dual battery setup and they set it on it's side, not upright. Plenty of room if you put it on the side.

I found a 30AH battery of the same dimensions but was a decent amount heavier for only $20 more. Assuming the extra weight was due to more lead and adding capacity it was a consideration. It appears the terminals might be a different configuration, so it may “sit normal” as opposed to being on its side.

However, I decided to play it safe and order the one known to fit well based on the club recommendation and forum member’s reviews.
