P500 In The Market for a 500 or a 520?

I trust the reliability of a Honda owned many quads and SxS over the years nothing beats a Honda. Currently own a Talon 1000. My teen son and I are in the market for a 500 or a 520 to ride on OHV trails for a slower pace as well as other use on our small farm. Any suggestions I am not opposed to used as supply and demand for new seems to make a new of either a rare find. I am leaning toward a 500 for the versatility of the back. However, a salesman told me the 500 now only comes in red, and the 520 comes in green, blue, red, and camo. Not a fan of red, want something less flashy. I have seen other colors here yellow, brown, orange; Are those after-market color options? Anyone who owned both can tell me which they prefer 520 over 500?

Moose Brown is a factory color available on the 500. Offered in 2020, pretty sure. Not sure what other years.

I just cancelled my red 520 from Halls in Daphne AL. It's due to ship next week. Ask for Kellem tell him Bob said to call on his unit. Mine came in at a semi local dealer that closer to home.

Having owned multiple 500s', the one area many try to improve is the carrying, specifically the rear rack and you will find numerous pictures on this page including mine, so with that said, I would be patient and get a 520 with bed.
