These tires are awesome. They are very aggressive. Would not recommend for sandy or loose soil. In mud and on hardpack they excel!

I know this is a few years old but, how were these on pavement ?
Also, did they rub ? I'm considering these tires but we sometimes ride pavement between trails. We also hit sand ,on creek beds, but I think rpm's will get through sand with a narrow tire.
