Horsepower doesn't matter if you stay broke down. The PPEI guys have switched from Can-am to Talon for durability to finish races and are tuning to be competitive on horsepower.
Stock NA Talon finished 14th overall, 1st in class and 7th in the top 20 grudge match after the main race. The whole body of work yesterday was truly impressive.
Looks like they are making some good improvements for 2022.

Led by team Principal Jeff Proctor, both Honda Talon's we able to make it across the finish line for the second year in a row! Pellegrino and Cole are true rock racers, with many years of rock racing under their belt. 2021 was Pellegrino and Cole's first year with Team Honda and they quickly adapted to the shaft-driven, 6-speed sequential, naturally aspirated Honda Talon 1000R without any issues. A true testament to the reliability and predictability of the Honda Talon platform.
