Did you say that you went with the Elka-5 shocks? Where'd you purchase at, and do you know if the same ones will work for the 1000-3???

Yes and I really like them,. Will work on 1000-3, they will ask you several questions about the set up on your 1000-3 and give you the right set up. I ordered mine from Elka Canada, expect a $ 100.00 tarif bill

If you get the Stage 5's you won't need your torsion bar. Crank your slow compression down 1 or 2 clicks and now it articulates over rocks.

Yes.

It takes the wham out of the front end and and so adjustable, mine tracks unbelievable now. If you carry more pay load one one side or the other, you can adjust springs. No more harsh bottoming out.

My wife had to work the weekend of the Mulberry Ride, so I called Corky to see if he wanted to go with me. We showed up there not knowing anybody. Everyone treated us like old friends. Wife hears us talking about it and now she is excited about the Bear Creek ride coming up. Corky wants to go again and driving his wife crazy wanting to go get one for them.
