I had the day off for veterans day( thank you to our Vets for your service) today and decided that this would be the free time I have been looking for to bring the 700 in the garage so that I can do some more mods and service.(in that order lol)

my 700-4 is sitting on 28's with 2inch of lift and the Honda full roof so needless to say IT WON"T FIT!! lol so I had two choices
1. air down the tires and pull it in but the problem is I don't have a air compressor here at the house to air them back up or..
2. take off the full roof with the help of my 1 1/2 year old little man but the problem is it is raining its butt off and winds are 25-30knots and gusting higher and temp is in the high 30's

What would you have done?

@bobbyhill Buy an air compressor 12v portable auto type, not fast but does the trick. I always have mine on the trails with me in case I have to plug a tire. Haven't had to use it in 5 years.

I would of grabbed 4 rachet straps and compressed the suspension, I have to do the rear an inch to get it in my enclosed.

I leave my pioneer in the shed normally, but if I need to bring it in the garage i take some rope and tie it around the rafters in my shed and under the roof on the pioneer. Basically tying the roof to the ceiling in my shed, back out from the shed and then it'll fit in the garage. I haven't tried plumber32's idea yet but I plan on it this winter.

I think we have 7 compressors. One in each vehicle including the pioneer and up to 80 gallon for the shop. Almost use them daily.

I voted take the roof off. And I would leave it off until I own a compressor. :)

Do you own or rent? As a former carpenter..... that door size would be subject to option #3.

I Rent . I popped the top off but I think the compressing with the ratchet straps will be my go to move till I move or get a compressor.
