I have a 2016 P1k5 with a 2-1/2” bracket lift and 28s. I just ordered a set of Walker Evans shocks, and want to know if I can keep my lift, or must I remove it with these shocks. Walker Evans was not much help. They said “If the stock shocks work, our’s will work. The best ride quality would be to take off the lift.”
What is your opinion and experience?
Thanks,

Since your not increasing the length of the eye to eye distance, I see no reason it shouldn't work. I'm sure the ride will be different because the shock will be mounted more vertically and not laid in like stock.

The more vertically a shock is mounted, the more consistent the rate over the stroke.
