Paid $428.36 new, Make me a reasonable offer!

I bought and installed this bumper took the pioneer for 1 ride, and on that ride dealership callled saying my Talon was in. There are no scratches on the bumper. It’s dirty, I’ll clean it up and the winch will be pulled off.
