Nice...

What I need the most currently is someone who knows how to use a volt meter or even a test light to test the wires at the fan connector.

Need to know if the blue wire is HOT with key-on or engine running. (engine cold/fan not being called).

I will check it out tomorrow evening when I get off of work.

Do they still overheat?
You would have thought they would find some old guy that should have retired already (and remembers that honda used to stand for quality) and told him to fix it by now.

Yes, they are still capable of overheating. Lol. So you should buy a fan override!

And yes.
They did in fact steel my idea of putting in a spiral fan and updated shroud.
And a key-on power connector.
My next idea is a metal locking glove box.

Almost like they have a few moles on the forum watching our ideas.

@Hondasxs I know you have the Auxbeam. Can the DIY fan harness be used with the Auxbeam? If so would you run both wires to positive and run a ground to frame when hooking it up to the Auxbeam?
First, I am not sure it will work with the 2022's.

But yes. Both blue and red wires combined to auxbeam post.

The fan kit passes the ground through so there is no hookup needed.

I just picked up my 2022 Deluxe today. I’m a electrical engineer so perhaps I can help
