An old question but: Can I use 30x10-14 Carnivores on my stock P1000-5,if they rub will it cause much damage?

They will rub. What damage it causes depends on how you intend to ride. I'd go with a 28x10-14 if you intend to keep stock A-arms.
I 2nd this, if you’re going bigger than 28s without changing a-arms you’ll have trouble.

Only about 200 miles on them, but I like them. Good all-terrain tire, steering is more precise and the ride is good. Already I've been in a deep mud hole, very tough rocky trails and long steep gravel hills with no problem. I also travel a fair bit of blacktop. Still not sure of what inflation pressure to use and have them at the Honda Manual 14lb rear and 13lb front, may take them down a little.

I’m curious if they last long on the blacktop. How is road noise compared to stock tires?

Less and cornering is more controlled.I will say my first choice was for Bear Claw HTR's or AMS M1 Evils but couldn't get them here in NB, Canada. Happy with the Carnivores though.
