P1000 Mid panel heat?

I want to install the hard oem mid panel, but with all the heat that comes up from behind the seat how does it affect the people in the front seat? For the people that have this dose the heat come up in the front seats or come up and go behind the the mid panel?

I know you want the hard but personally for models with passengers in back the soft is perfect and does a great job, id add a hard to the very back behind the passengers which is very effective at reducing dust. I only use the mid panel in winter when i want to close up the front area.
