Just got my P500, yet to take it out. How many miles does it run on average on a full tank. Will be taking it on a deer scouting mission deep in the forests of BC! Thx.

I figured mine getting about 10L to 11L/100 liters being 15.4 about 150kms maybe more km depends on how we drive..lol.
My riding is a mix bag of fire roads, mud, slow, fast, 2wd, 4wd...not bad for a $15 day...
Saturday was out driving and the gas gauge was at 2 bars so Buddy and i decided to stop and add gas..
decided to check the trip meter and we did 99.7 kms at this piont so i added exactly 10 liters from the gas can and gauge read full..
i keep a 5 and 10L extra gas cans so good for 300kms or more.Wonder if any body got better..

The longest ride I have had mine on was a little over 40 miles. This was mostly on old woods roads but in the mountains but not real rough going. Took a little over 2 gallons to fill it. I don't hot rod or mud. Most of this was in 3rd or 4th gear.

I don'T think you could use up a full tank in 80 miles . I get at least 100 miles on a tank .

If you remove the white collar inside the filler neck you can squeeze in a more fuel. I carry one of those flat pack fuel cans it’s about 4 litres.
Cheers and happy hunting.

I'm going to say 80-100 miles depending on the terrain and speed. I do know that the last half of the gas gauge goes faster than the the first half..
Sounds like Chevy trucks.....

My riding is similar to yours, and figure about the same, 10ish L/100km, and carry 10 extra litres.

Thanks all. Surprised that it consumes around 10L per 100km or as some have said around 20 miles per gallon. That's not much less than a regular vehicle. I thought it would be a lot more economical than that considering its only a 475cc. Will be off for a first ride on Saturday. Driving it up the road and back, the transmission seems a lot more clunky/jerky/louder than my Rincon.

My son has a 2018 Rubicon and his a lot smoother and not as clunky as my P500.

I bet if we baby it like 30km hr in 2wd we get good gas mileage being a a single and top speed 60-64km 10L\100 is not bad and only 15.4L tank. my 2013 420 was getting about the same..

When on a trip to the desert KOFA mountains in Arizona this winter we did 60 miles round trip with a combination of level 25 mph roads and crawling over very rough terrain at very slow speed. I'd say the ratio was about 45 miles of good road and 15 miles of very rocky slow roads with lots of steep hills. The tank was full when we started and I filled it upon our return to camp with a 2 gallon gas can. The 2 gallons just toppped it off to where we started.....so that was 30 miles per gallon. I am a conservative driver and keep the rpm down using manual shifting. Figuring 4 gallons in the tank this would give you a 120 mile range. This is probably best case mileage for off highway use so figure on going down from that figure a bit depending upon your riding style and terrain. I hope this helps.

Not sure about mileage, but a tank lasts me about a day with mixed riding.
