So we currently have a unreliable Linhai Bighorn 400 because it will fit in our small side loader 5th wheel. To fit, we take off the box and replace with a shorter one and take off rear tires. It gives us 1" clearance inside. At 73" the Pioneer 500 has a 2" longer wheel base and at 102.6 inches it is 5 inches longer. I can't tell from pictures and there isn't one locally to determine how much I can modify for travel. With the tires off, what do you think could be removed from length. The front bar is an obvious place to start. Can it be made to fit in 93 inches?

Front bumper is held on by 4 bolts. Removing that would gain you close to 6 inches.
