My homemade roof

Here's my home made roof,
3/8" abs plastic.(needed 2 4x8 sheets, with lots of waste.)
Some pipe clamps
Stainless hardware
Alum H channel

Put the sheet in my buddies brake, and heated it with 3 heat guns at once, until it would bend, in order to bend the front visor. The rear corners were heated and bent by hand.

Where did you get the ABS for so cheap?

Where did you get the 3/8 plastic sheets from?
Someone told me that a home improvement store called menards has it, I just don't have a menards here because I live in the western half of the country. They call it HDPE board, or something like that...

You are correct, its an old post. But more importantly the OP, assuming thats who your responding to cuz you didnt tagg him or the part in question in your post, hasnt been on the site in 3 years.
