How are you guys riding Frank Church? I thought that was all designated Wilderness. i.e. no motors allowed.

Congress authorized a 300’ wide easement through it known as the Magruder corridor allowing mechanized travel...👍

Southern portion of the Centennial Trail, just South of the Salmon River valley. It’s open to ride. It took a lot of research but I found it was legal, after the fact of course. Kinda got intentionally/unintentionally lost. The explorer thing…I wonder where this goes mentality. After coming down on the French Creek Switchbacks to the Salmon River near the Wind River bridge. Burgdorf Hot Springs to French Creek Switchbacks and return on Centennial Trail

This coming weekend I’m meeting an Overlander buddy of mine and we’re going to re-run the aforementioned title of this thread. It’ll be in the Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness just north of Mcall. I want to say it’s something like 60+ miles round trip. I did it two years ago in the 500...
