I talked yesterday with a member, and he said it's awesome. Two separate land tracts that are connected with gravel/dirt roads.
I've got the trail maps. Looks like it's always open, and also allow camping, etc. It is totally private, and like @sharp said, it's $60 a year, or $5 per month.

Just West of Lawrenceburg and Pulaski, and just north of Florence.

Generally applied to food and people in the South, also used for things.

30 minutes from me, we rode fourwheelers and dirt bikes there for years,but haven't been there in several years, tons of rzr's go there a lot.
