We are talking about a difference of 1/2 of 1mm. Splitting that between the wheel studs is minimal. Thats moving a stud. .01968 inches. I have yet to find a wheel with that tight of tolerance. If you have run into that being an issue please post some examples. Then you would be helping forum members know what wheels to look out for.These 4/136 to 4/137 is for people that want to use other wheels other than Pioneer wheels like a can am wheel on their pioneer 1000. Can am wheels will go right onto the pioneer 1000. I have not found any that won't. Plenty of forum members are using can am wheels without issue.
Further, many members have bought wheels online, Ebay, Amazon etc that are 4/137 or 4/136 and have not had any issues that I've seen or heard of. I've put the 4/137 in 2 machines without issue.
@Swampmonkey I hope this helps.

I agree with you. on the 1/2 of 1mm. We had customers call and I explained that to them, however they still have requested the 136 to 137. We have had other customers who ordered the 4/136 and had to send back to get them 136 to a 137 because they did not fit to their wheels. There is are so many aftermarket wheels now that this has happened and we are here to just support our customers what they need. Customer service is our goal! Pioneer 1000 is 4/136So are our pioneer 1000 specs 4/136 or 4/137. I'm trying to order some Weld beadlocks that are 4/136 and RMATV won't sell them to me because their system won't show a Honda Pioneer. I had to select can-am to get the wheel to show up.
Their website shows Honda Pioneer wheels as 4/137.
