Welcome from Middle TN! I also have the 700-4 and I love it. Customizing it to your liking will become an addiction! Lol. I ride with a bunch of RZR's and all of them are impressed with it. Having a windshield, larger tires, and upgraded shocks did make an unbelievable difference in the ride quality!

Copiah creek. I haven't been in a couple of years. I think it closes during hunting season though.

I work with a guy who hunts that area. Big deer camp down that way that has/had property lines on Copiah Creek... I think the camp let some of it go last year or something.
