In Aus we don't have the option of deluxe, or any different colours. Only...red with power steering and paddle shifters as standard. Get the roof, bull bar and tow bar in the package. It does cost $21k AUS to buy, which is very similar to all the competition......but it is a Honda

I don't think it would be that high. Ocean transport, especially from the US is not that bad. We could stuff a container and probably get to a G per

Just called a transportation company and they said that it would be approximately $2,000 to $2,500 per machine and like you said if you put several machines in a single container like a 40-foot container it will be much much less because you take more than one. And for the getting them into the country if you bring them in just like that it will cost more in taxes than the bike is worth but if you bring them in just for let's say a ride and then you bring them back out of the country there is no taxes involved there's some other regulations that are required but it's not that expensive but it's something that would be fun to look into later for the hell of it. ;):p

Yup, shipping is the easy part. Customs , taxes and other stuff is a hassle.

Have a friend who imported a Land Cruiser from Europe that spent 6 months at the port in the US in quarantine because it had not been adequately cleaned before shipment.

Would be fun though!

@Aussie could you just for the fun of it check with your people over there at customs and find out what we would need to bring in these bikes just to go a for a ride for a few weeks and then to come back with the bikes as well thanks;)
