I am new to the forum. I just bought a used 2018 Honda Pioneer 500, with 500 miles on it. I bought it stock, but have now modified the intake with a full open element air intake I designed from the throttle body out to the top of the snorkel. I relocated the air intake sensor so it reports cooler air and thus advancing timing for more power. I added an electric fan to the front of the radiator I turn on and off manually. I added a water temp and tachometer gauges. I always run 160 degree water temp, which also advances timing and the machine lasts far longer. I just need to get a custom tune for my tuner. Many other mods such as being able to remove the hood with the windshield installed and extending the bed capacity of the stock black plastic liner. Did an exhaust mod also that I got off of youtube, which is well worth doing. Put in a much larger battery than stock and now I can jump other vehicles or jump my pioneer without digging in the battery box. I could also add a 12 volt to 120 volt inverter someday if desired. If there is interest for a video- I'd be happy to post in the modified section.

Howdy from Oklahoma and welcome to the club. I am curious about the exhaust mod. What did it do for you? Got a link?

Welcome to the forum. Full open element? So no air filter? No need for a video but POIDH. 👮‍♂️
