Hi everyone! I am from Canada, married with 5 adult children and 5 grandchildren, my wife and I are foster parents, she is full time looking after the home and looking after the foster children. I am a journeyman pipeline welder.
I recently sold a 2007 Honda TRX 420 Rancher quad which we bought new and we purchased a 2022 Honda Pioneer 1000-5 trail edition and so far I think we are going to like it just waiting to get on the trails instead of the small field near us.

Back in the day we would cross over at I. F. and head North of Red Lake and go fishing for a couple of weeks for about ten years straight. Love your area!

The fishing is amazing up that way. Pickerel fishing on Lac Seul is unbelievable as well. We did a fly in fishing trip up there and the amount of lakes throughout Northern Ontario is mind boggling.

My life long goal after I retire is to go and fish ice out until ice in the locals tell me throwing spoons onto the ice and ripping off the ice is good fishing for Lake Trout?

That I’m not sure of however Lake Trout are definitely very active in the winter so Ice fishing using spoons near bait fish is definitely recommended
