In KY there is a separate crossbow season but if you are over 65 you can use a crossbow during all the archery season, Sept-Jan.

In 2019, Kentucky actually removed the age restriction from crossbow season. It is now allowed by any age during the entire archery season. Love my crossbow as well. What crossbow are you shooting?

Welcome from TX ! Mainly use my p5 for Deer hunting. I know for a fact it will carry 2 wt bucks, 3 people and a bunch of other stuff up some rocky trails. I'd bet it would carry 5 deer. I'm guessing that's why it's a p5.
