My buddy Travis at TS Ironworks in Queen Creek, AZ completed the fabrication and powder coat last night, and we celebrated with a few brews and a cigar. The patterns are all saved on the computer, so he duplicate any or all easily. I'm very happy with the results.

The rear bumper is strong, was designed to match the factory front, and easily clears the tailgate when tilted. The shackles are very useful when strapping Whiskey to a trailer or pulling out an elk, or stuck Polaris, lol.

@Whiskey1 Very nice setup. Will that bumper work on a 1000-5 or will the real roll cage interfere?

I like the bumper and the shackles would be great to have now and then. I need to get busy in the garage

Hey, thank you!! Coming from you, that's a lot. With a little mod, it should work just fine with the rear roll cage. Perhaps longer bolts too. Travis at TS Ironworks will have access to my roll cage parts if anyone might be interested.

Looks really good! I never thought about adding the shackles like that.
Shackles are cool! They even make a meek, mild, milk-toasty wheeler look tough. But Whiskey had head start, on that lol

Whiskey have you talked price with Travis? I'd be curious how much he'd want for the rear bumper.

Wow super clean job!! The shackles are a great idea. Love the rear bumper. The only one I've seen for sale is the straight tube one. I don't like it but that's just my .02

Thanks Delton! I should get a price from Travis soon. I covered the R&D already, lol.

Whisky really like your setup. Are those oem mirrors or aftermarket? How far do they stick out? Thanks and sweet ride

@Whiskey1, Is there a back plate behind the bumper for these shackles?
