Been shooting some whistle pigs from my porch lately. I think they're gonna have a good year with all this moisture in the ground. Do yourself a favor and get a .17HMR for shooting them. I refuse to go back to .22 now. Happy hunting!

I have a .17 HMR, Ruger American compact with the full size stock insert. Most fun gun I have.....except for my custom 10/22. Like them both enough I usually bring both out.

The Savage is really accurate especially considering how cheap it is. I love mine. Only issue is the 10 round magazines can be a bit finicky feeding.

Way steeper than it looks in the video. On top of 3 straight days of rain and it was slicker than snot! Still not used to being stuck in the cab W/O the option of ejecting like on a quad.

Yup, it's that same theory that caused me to buy a 1911!.........for absolutely no reason.

You mind me asking where you got your gun rack? Hard to mount? Is it mounted in P1000? Do you recommend?

Not hard at all to install and I would recommend it. And yes it is pictured in a P1000
