New Stop Spam settings.

Hello everyone.
We have been getting a good bit of spam lately. Therefore I have turned on a few additional settings to help catch and stop unwanted post.

If you experience any issues or happened to be effected by moderation please let me know. It really should not have effected anyone currently a user.
