P500 New tires mounted by hand - 27s

Just mounted up some 27 zillas with a manual tire changer from a local harbor freight. This is a great tool for stock steel rims. If your not careful you can scratch the rims easily. Great tool for cleaning out the bead if you get some wood or mud in it.

Yup, excellent tool! I have one mounted to the floor up stairs in the barn. Has changed many ATV, UTV, motorcycle and auto tires. The neighbors use it also. Bought mine at Harbor Freight years ago.

Pays for it self in the first use .. shop was gonna charge 50 bucks to mount 4 . It’s a no brainer

I have one of those also. Did all my 30” Beadlocks on it. Just a little muscle and patience (I don’t have) will get er done!

These do work well if you have room for it but if you are limited on space you can use a hand operated bead breaker and two tire spoons. Last set I installed this way took about 30 minuets from start to finish. I’ll try to find a picture of the bead breaker.
