Started work on a front bumper for my p500 this week (I had a little time off and was bored) i shopped around and there are a lot to choose from the one thing that they had in common is none of them are inexpensive
So I picked the one that I liked the most and kinda modeled after that
First I made a pattern out of cardboard sized it up to make sure it would work then I traced it out on a piece of 14 ga. Steel that I had laying around the barn I had to cut all the pieces out with a grinder and then tack them together to make sure it would work after that I was able to weld it together and then grind it down after that I gave it 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of bed liner then I had to mount my lights and attach it to the existing brush guard with u bolts
I think it came out Alright...it cost me about 8 dollars for the bedliner spray other than that I just used stuff I had laying around
Not to mention saving a couple hundred bucks

Looks Good! :) I always say mods are so much sweeter when you use something you have and have to invest little to finish your project.;)

Fantastic work and I would be interested in one, assuming you are bored :) and would be glad to workout the details with you.
