Good morning. Oh, I’ve mostly been lurking around here, doing a little rattling around on weekends. The 1000-5 is starting to shape up, with just a few minor mods done (SATV split windshield, mirrors, throttlemaxx, bimini) and a few more piled up in boxes waiting to be done. My evil influence has affected my father-in-law and brother-in-law, both of whom bought 1000-5’s, so we have a sort of gang going up here. My work has been real busy, so I don’t get out as much as I’d like, but we plan to change that by taking July off and heading for NW Montana for a while, do some riding there. I haven’t been riding as much as I might if my wife and I weren’t building an ark (a 42-foot houseboat), doing all the work ourselves (which doesn’t sound that impressive until you consider that neither of us brought any skills to the project). We’re due to launch in July, so if the darned thing floats, that gets added to the activity mix. So busy with work, busy with projects, living vicariously through this forum for the most part.
