So we not taking 26?
You can if you want to it comes out at the bypass at the top of the hill. 26 was getting really nasty at the end of Jan when we were pre running it, @Hondasxs & I went up it on Friday 1/29/16 but the next day had a couple of groups of 20 SXS really digging it out near the top. I bounced over the edge to go down on Sat 1/30/16 at dusk and bent my tie rod to a 45 degree angle, 6 hours later at midnight I got it off the mountain thank to some help from @lee & @Hondasxs

Ok well I'm not wanting to break anything. It wasn't that bad when I was there years ago.
They have rerouted it sometime in 2015, there is a few 39 degree incline switchbacks that a P500 can only crawl up in L at 4 MPH it won't even pull 2nd gear it is that steep. That is the only trail like that and no need to scare the bejeesuz out of anyone or tear anything up to stop the group.

I can't remember the trail number but it was a short trail and really rocky. Was one of the hard trails on map. Not far from camp. Was driving on a huge rock. Y'all remember it or been on it?

That was trail 7 or 8, probably 8 it is a bit more rocky nothing steep but you will not set any speed records on it.

From what I remember last year, trail 19 was nice easy trail even after raining all day before. Not counting the steep hill you climb just past campground. We really enjoyed it on the 4wheeler.

I agree.we would like the old man trails. My wife is still a little nervous when riding shotgun and want her to enjoy so I can get a 1000 down the road. Lol

Here is a bypass we will be taking Saturday, but its fairly far away.

Trail 2 is a nice smooth along a river. BUT... at the end trail 26 is a decent hill, we will be taking the "old man" shortcut Saturday.
See picture (Post in a min)
At the end of trail 2 if you continue straight, you will come out at a Church. Go out and left, look for the next road/trail to the left. It will take you as the picture shows.
23 will connect to 38 or 19.

Can I get a map like that locally?

I think we have a good route for Saturday. There is really only 2 sections that may give a new driver difficulty.
I still need to scout these to check for "go around".
I will post the Saturday route in a bit.

Saturday proposed route:
RRB -27-13-15-8-
(7 or 10) or (13-11-10) or (13-1-2)-
4-2-26-
26 bypass at church
26-23-19-
(maybe 31-20-19)
RRB

I think that is correct. There is a few short trails connectors I may need to add.

Independent groups are highly encourage to form!

We are also looking for some more guides to split the group up. You can follow my path or run your own with a goal to be back to RRB sometime around 5pm.

Don't forget to post your pics using hashtag [HASHTAG]#PioneerTakeover[/HASHTAG]. Both here and on social media.
Thanks.
