One potential option is to buy a piece of HDPE and make one. Mine was $100 and it's a whole lot tougher than the factory roof. It also provides a nice rub rail.
Thats cheap for HDPE! Have a plan for a project this spring with an old friend who was a sheet metal mechanic on helicopters (I was a CC on CH-54 for a bit)....Have some ideas, he has the talent
It's not really fancy but it works. Its abrasion resistant and I made a nice visor along with a strip across the back to mount lights and such. It's also durable enough to stand on. I had an aluminum roof before and I feel like this is much quieter.

I love that! I was honestly thinking about doing the same thing. The Menard's store near me sells HDPE sheets; a 4'x8'x1/4" panel is only like $55. Did you heat and bend yours and how did you end up mounting it? Looks great!
