Yep, he used expanded metal. I think I mentioned before a 16"x8' piece of 3/8" gauge old school steel I found on the trail that kinda sorta resembles expanded metal but not quite. Haven't gotten around to that mod yet either, but when I do I believe it will look really good. I like the idea that it's a certain stick stopper but allows free flow of air around the diff, etc. Ike's looks really nice too.Now I see it. When I first saw a blue P5 I was not sure I like the color, but it really grows on you and it stands out from all the rest.

I tried 3 different places on the internet ,they all had it priced within $10.00 of each other with shipping around $25.00,but they all canceled my order because the shipping was actually going to be anywhere from $150.00 to $200.00 ,I ended up getting it from local dealer,for about the same price,didn't have any shipping added on but had to pay sales tax,ordered it Fri. the 19th and they called me this morning it was in.
