I started my P700 yesterday and while moving the level into reverse my brake petal went to the floor. Got into gear and it went back to normal....

Anybody know why?

Probably not related to moving the lever. This could be a rough one.

Was the wheel turned very sharp?

Any lift kit on the vehicle?

No lift but, yes on the wheel turn all the way. Just installed A-arm guards and was checking for scrapping on the wheels.

Mine did that once or twice on me after a set. But never found anything and it never did it again.I assumed it had air or line or something that worked it self out.

Make sure the A arm guards don't hit the calipers.
Check full bump and turn.
If the guard contacts the caliper it will push the piston back in to the caliper.
Need to pump the brake to get the piston back where it needs to be.
There have been a couple of cases where the guards need adjusted or trimmed.

Let us know what you find.

I've had that to happen multiple times when riding. My factory plastic brake line/caliper shield had gotten hit and knocked backwards holding pressure against the caliper. It was compressing the caliper and pushing the piston back into the caliper. So when it hit the brakes i had to pump the pedal to press the piston back out against the pads.

Yeah, sounds like those new guards are causing problems
