Hi,

New here and trying to decide which Side by Side to get.
Two questions about the differences between the 700 and 1000.

- The specs for the 700 show it to be 59.7" wide where the 1000 is reported to be 62.9" wide. Is this the distance between the outside of the front (or rear) tires (stance) or is it measured somewhere else on the body of the machine?

- Somewhere I read (or heard) that the 1000 is quieter than the 700. Is this true and, if so, by how much (dB)?

Thanks

I have owned both and didn’t find the 1000 to be quieter than the 700, in fact, if anything it may have been the other way around. Not having a low range is a significant difference between the 700 and 1000....

I have a 700-4. Great around the house using it for work. Wish it had more power and better ride for the trails with 4 people in it. Just from what I've seen on here the 1000 with offset a arms, 30" tires, and fox shocks is the way to go. I think the 1000 is a little quieter than 700. Not sure about the width. But all this depends on what you're gonna use the machine for. Do your research on here. Plenty of info and more people that know more than I do.
