I hook my battery tender to the main battery and it charges both. When the isolator's blue light is on, its charging the 2nd battery.
Does the light go out when it’s done charging?

So the research I did says that if the battery is over 12.7 the blue light will stay on, that is from a guy on this forum who called True Isolator. A youtube video I watched about how this system works looked to me like the tender if it is hooked up to the main would only charge the main. The aux battery wouldn't charge until the machine is on and the main is fully charged. I will assume that with the tender on the blue light is always going to be on because the batteries will always be over 12.7I hook my battery tender to the main battery and it charges both. You're probably right but I only gave 1 tender so I would rather keep my main battery good to go.So the research I did says that if the battery is over 12.7 the blue light will stay on, that is from a guy on this forum who called True Isolator. The more I think about this, how does the factory charging system charge the 2nd battery if this is correct about the true isolator? So the research I did says that if the battery is over 12.7 the blue light will stay on, that is from a guy on this forum who called True Isolator. The factory charging system charges the first battery full while your machine is in operation and then after it is above 12.7 the isolator allows the juice to flow to the second battery. Its a pretty sweet system. The more I think about this, how does the factory charging system charge the 2nd battery if this is correct about the true isolator?
When the isolator opens up, it should charge the 2nd battery from battery tender also. The factory stator has to flow through the isolator the same way the battery tender does. The factory charging system charges the first battery full while your machine is in operation and then after it is above 12.7 the isolator allows the juice to flow to the second battery. This sounds correct also. I just doubled up my battery tenders and they are both charged up. One would work based on the way the True IsolatorWhen the isolator opens up, it should charge the 2nd battery from battery tender also. Where did u get that?Added the back wind/dust panel. Reduces dust in cab by approximately 80%. Works well.View attachment 209277
Thanks. I may give it a try. I have the mid panel and it helps the dust in the front but everything in the back gets trashed out with dust.
It works well for keeping dust out of your eyes but just know that on the longer rides the dust will unfortunately still build up. Not sure short of a full cab that this can be avoided.Thanks.
