From my take of this has a way of adding multiple lights via a "Daisy Chained" wiring harness that can be expanded for multiple accessories. I could only assume doing this would involve adding a relay to each "link" of the Daisy Chain for the individual accessories added.

Could possibly eliminate tapping into the wiring loom in some instances.
