i have a stock ecm. and a brand new pv3 from dynojet i purchased a new ecm to start experimenting with. they cost less than the pv3
OK, that makes sense.
There should be a PV_INFO file on the PV3, if it is missing, the PV3 has not paired to the ECU. If it is there, look at the PV_INFO file and see if it "paired" correctly to the ECU. It should look something like this (some items will be blank)...
