Re-Wiring Issue - Honda ECU/ECM 025 33 pin Connector

I’m trying to rewire 2 wires due to a mouse issue. I’m a rookie at this and the local shop is 3 months out. Can anyone assist in helping me figure out how to unlease the wires so I can run new wires into the connector?

See if that next layer will come off the end so you can get to the pin head.

This is the pin.
It is held in from the bottom with a small finger.
Need a strong sewing pin, or small pick, to push it down.
But I think that cover needs to come off to better get to it.

What are the red tabs at the top, next to the wires?

Red is just plugs. Blanks. Hole seals.

Green may be the finger. Push up on the finger. and put the pin out via purple.

Feel like anything I put down there is going to rip it or stretch that hole.

If gray plastic, then push it up and pull the pins out.

More I look at it. The grey plastic is the green and the pin is the pink

Updated pic...
The yellow is what needs to be lifted.
Once lifted, the pins will pull out.
For pins that you cant pull, you will need to push them.
